Program features
With a view to producing students furnished with professional knowledge and skills, two professional sub-divisions are set up within the department: Marketing & Planning and Logistics Management. For the Marketing & Planning majors, the curriculum has an emphasis on marketing strategy-related courses while the ultimate concern is the students’ acquisition of competency in marketing planning and international marketing. Meantime, Logistics Management, in response to rapid change and transformation in market access, devises a program that focuses on courses essential to logistics.
Faculty
A strong and devoted faculty is available to facilitate student learning. All members have either a Ph.D. degree in business administration, industry management or transportation management, or a solid background in business plus substantial practical experience.
Career prospect
Management professionals with a specialization in
marketing and logistics are currently in great demand in a variety of
professional fields, ranging from logistic centers and shopping malls to
convenience stores. In addition, enterprises, foreign companies, and government
agencies recruit talents with our specialization. In the meanwhile, further
advanced study is advisable and probable, either locally or abroad in fields as
diverse as business administration, marketing & logistics, international
business administration, and information management.
