Goals
To provide secondary schools with a stable and reliable source of outstanding prospective teachers who will be able to integrate their respective specialized knowledge (largely in the fields of business and language) with what the education-specific program has to offer, such as educational theory, teaching methods, internship and so on,
To provide students interested in the teaching profession access to teacher-training courses: our program participants, who have a background in business or foreign languages, benefit from a program that both enhances their teaching competency and prepares them for a future career in vocational high schools or junior high schools.
To provide on-job training for teachers at the elementary and secondary school level to strengthen their professional competency, to instill the sense of love and care and rational communication, and to upgrade their ability to solve problems of various kinds.
Teaching features
Cultivate in students the devotion to education as a lifelong career, help them build up both professional knowledge and a sound and healthy character, and inspire them to put into practice the art of teaching in fulfilling the school motto.
Actively offer guidance for local education work and make available on-job education channels for local teachers.
Consolidate NPIC students’ proficiency in foreign languages and information.
Provide effective and timely guidance and
advice for students in need of psychological support.
