Instruction is more practice-oriented, assisted by relevant theoretical constructs and applications. The curriculum includes as its core courses Space & Environment Planning, Leisure & Tourism Theory, Management and Marketing of Real Estate for Leisure and Recreation, general management, and other related legal courses. A wide array of courses in relevant fields are also integrated and offered, including land management, architecture, tourism, real estate, urban planning, environmental planning, catering, finance, culture, aesthetics, sociology, etc.

Career prospect
Open to graduates are numerous opportunities for further academic study, particularly in the field of leisure, catering, tourism, business administration, financial management, urban planning, and land management. Or our graduates may find employment in the construction business, real estate development, hotels, leisure farms, and consulting firms for leisure planning. Our graduates may take national exams for posts in the civil service, especially those related to tourism at both the national and local level. Tour guides, museum interpreters, and the like are also career options for the interested graduates.
